She wasn't forced into the marriage. Her father searched a guy for her and she married him like an obedient daughter. Also why would a marriage like that end up in forced marriage list with crime involved? Cheating is not a criminal offense and isn't punishable.

She was. She wanted to study. Par uski uske father ne nahi suni. Aur usse nahi poocha tumhe ladka pasand hai ya nahi, khud pasand kar liya aur apni beti ke shadi kar di.

Cheating is a crime i have suffered that and went into depression
