Really?
Well I agree with you on this ( being a vegetarian). If you have eaten one type of meat you have eaten all, (that includes cannibalism). Don't know why people get so offended on cannibalism then. It's also meat na? š¤·
Very common strategy nowadays.
Get into politics become MP and MLA and get black money and life time pension.

@ bold - exactly. It's about religious beliefs. Just like muslims believe pigs to be dirty and not worthy of being eaten by Muslims, Hindus consider Cows sacred and not to be eaten due to respect.
Secondly, I would like to ask - did your muslim friends not care about you eating pork while you were muslim too? Or they just didn't care after you became ex muslim?
You are really reaching trying to equate two completely different beliefs here lol. No, I didnāt eat pork when I was Muslim, and no Muslim does. But have you ever heard of anyone getting lynched over eating pork? Meanwhile, there are hundreds of cases of Muslims being lynched over beef. So maybe try making it make sense. Itās not about one community being more violent, itās about the nature of that belief & how it plays out in real life.
well i don't eat meat but enjoy seafood, i consider that cannibalism too. and no, it doesn't make anyone a better person whether they eat meat or not.Originally posted by: NathuPaapi

How are they completely different things when eating pork or beef by Muslims and Hindus respectively is not considered Good due to religious beliefs?
Glad that u agreed that as a Muslim u didn't eat pork. Similarly here the issue is of Abhijeet as a Hindu, criticising Ranbir as another Hindu for eating beef.
Have u heard of anyone eating pork or allowed to eat pork in muslim majority nations like Arab etc.? Thankfully, India is still a Hindu majority nation and I believe muslims can atleast spare eating just one specific animal i.e. cows to coexist in harmony with the Hindu majority. That's not too much to ask. However this is another topic of debate. The Current topic is about a Hindu criticising another Hindu about eating beef.. Let's stick to that.

Cannibalism is eating human meat. Even hardcore omnivorous meat eating humans would shudder or scoff at even the idea of eating human meat. How are all meat similar then?
And no, I never stated not eating meat makes anyone a better person.

Idk if youāre being purposely naive or just genuinely donāt get the issue lol. Muslims avoid pork because they consider the pig filthy, not because they treat it like family. Which is exactly why nobodyās out here getting violent over someone else eating pork. Hindus, on the other hand, literally lynch people over beef, funny enough, while also being the largest beef exporters in the world.

Idk if you really unable to get one simple point or u r purposely going round & round. It's all about belief systems - muslims BELIEVE pig is dirty hence they don't eat it out of contempt. Hindus BELIEVE cow is sacred hence they don't eat it out of respect.
Now tell me one thing, what would happen if a Hindu somehow manages to eat pork in a Muslim majority country. Would they mind or would they NOT mind him eating pork. (Mind you I'm talking about a Muslim majority nation).
Also tell me whether a pork eating muslim will be respected or scorned by other muslims especially if he goes to an inauguration of a mosque?
Also buffalo meat is what India exports, not cow meat. No one lynches anyone hindu or muslim for eating buffalo meat in India. On the contrary, in Lucknow the most famous restaurant is Tunday kabab, which is all about buffalo meat which is also called beef.
pls note we are animal/jaanwar.Originally posted by: NathuPaapi
