Creepy act of surrogacy ? Poor women are exploited ? For the record, women and poor people are exploited in all ways just not in surrogacy. A couple opting for surrogacy aren’t shopping for a baby. It’s their right to have a baby means available. It involves consent of the mother, father and the surrogate. If a couple wishes to go to IVF, they can, similarly for surrogacy. It’s not cheap and transactional. Haan drama ke liye these peeps can make it however they want, but doesn’t mean that’s how it is.

Fiction most of the time is softer than what happens in real life. No matter what makers of this serial show , it won't be more degrading than what happens in real life and how callous surrogacy is.

I’m not imposing my views on anyone sorry I shared an opinion. I’m not the one who’s going around moral policing people saying surrogacy is shit and anyone supporting it is not right or has a bakwaas viewpoint. Maybe you should go over what you have written once more before commenting ?

Anything which involves the risk to a living sentient being, it's mental/physical suffering will always be questioned on grounds of ethics. No one can change that.

Lol....First time I am on the side of makers. Here makers are held in question when they will literally tone down everything due to itv restrictions , far better than what happens in real world in the name of surrogacy.

It is about familial relationship and bonds. Haa main important person is the girl child but she is not whole and sole.

Ruhi and Armaan might not co-parent Abhimaan kid but now Armaan will have to take care of Ruhi and Daksh due to vaada.

If the show ends, it will be because the audience drifted away but Rishta has a loyal fanbase who will turn up to watch anything. Just like how Anupamaa gets viewers.
