I myself have seen this .my friends got a lady from their home town .. who said she’s the boy’s cousin sister .. the hospital did not ask much and allowed the procedure to go through.they paid the lady a fair amount to give birth to their child .. and she was happy as it was used for her family .. she already had 2 kids and a husband..
