It's not necessary as once the baby birth happens they will directly move to after leap episodes in a week or something then daksh can be elder bro like shivu in gen 3 ,

5 year leap then surrogate baby with ruhi & abhiRa's biological kid with her like ruhi was with arohi & abhir with akshu
