I don’t know if it’s just me or if everyone’s on the same wavelength, but the way they’ve completely brushed off the heinous crime and are portraying Ammar as this poor, traumatized boy abused by his dad really cracks me up. Like, okay, we’re just ignoring the fact that he’s a criminal? Meanwhile, Bisma, Nashwa, and the entire cast are only worried about this “toxic household” as if that’s the real tragedy here. I keep shouting every week like a broken record—why, oh why, is everyone treating Ammar’s crime like it’s some little “oops, my bad” moment from a kid?
And then yesterday’s dialogue—Nashwa says, “Aapko Ammar itna bura lagta hai?”
and Bisma replies, “Nahi, mujhe Ammar bura nahi lagta,”
and I literally felt like banging my head against the wall.
They mentioned khoon too much in this episode. Nashwa said mein unka Khoon hoon, Asim also mentioned Nashwa unka Khoon hai. In one of the earlier episodes, Nashwa remembers in a flashback that she got her father's blood group. This show was titled "Khoon Baha" in the beginning. Was the title referring to her blood? She is going to be K worded in the end?

A lot of people have the same concerns.
Ajeeb khoon ka take
I'm disappointed in Asim's dismissive attitude. Bisma's happiness is in her daughter's.
Each human is born as an individual despite their parents and trauma.
Yes, parents and trauma shapes life. No doubt. But Ammar didn't partake in shady evil stuff because bakhtu beat him. He was not some homeless foodless abused boy. He made choices to take Mahi there and spike her drink. Taking her there is Chalo...but spiking her drink and not going to police to help her... hiding it..that can't be washed away.
Maybe he didn't hurt her or dump her. But he did everything to make sure it got executed.
Sometimes in life you have family or friends who are quiet when their acquaintance or extended family insult or hurt you..even emotionally. I believe keeping quiet makes you as bad as the doer. Are they the really worthy of being family or a friend? Allyship matters more than anything.
Nashwa kiu nahi karti asi kaam?
But I do understand how Ammar has been abused by dad both emotionally and physically but still.
What a fantastic week and banger 2 episodes. Literally got goosebumps today
Tazeen and Yumna’s scenes are beyond amazing. The build up, the heartbreak, you can feel the shackles on both these women.
Also the title of the drama makes so much sense now too 😭

For Bisma it makes sense that the first “checkpoint” in her mind is Bakhtiyar and Barkat Bibi. Ammar comes later.

Another spectacular episode with an equally impressive performance! I absolutely loved all the scenes today. The final moments between the mother-daughter duo and Nashwa confronting Dado really stole the show.
However, there was one thing that didn't sit right with me in today's episode—the way Asim dismissed Burhan's concerns about Nashwa marrying Ammar. When he said, "Khoon ka asar to hoga," it felt like he didn’t really care about Nashwa's well-being. It seemed like his only concern was Bisma. On the other hand, Nashwa is desperately trying to convince her mother to let her marry Asim, wanting to call him 'Abbu' or have him be her guardian, not realizing that he doesn't genuinely care about her. It felt selfish of him to send his mother with Bisma's proposal while being completely indifferent to what might happen to Bisma's daughter.
Even I didn't understand Asim, Qudsia had already told him how Ammar is and that's why she rejected and how he is ok with Nashwa getting married to Ammar..it made him look like he is only interested in marrying Bisma and isn't concerned about Nashwa

Exactly same thoughts...why no one is worried about rape charges and looks like everyone is immune to it or its normal for them...even Nashwa isn't shown thinking about it and was normal with marriage news..not even surprised let alone shock
Though their environment might have made them like this but at least show some displeasure when alone... Bisma didn't want Nashwa Ammar marriage and now she is ok without even putting up any fight
Hey is it only me that Tazeen Hussain looks like a blend of Tabu and Sridevi?😅 Sridevi from maybe Mom or English Vinglish Era. I feel like she got the soft features of Sridevi (especially the eyes) and the facial structure of Tabu. Thoughts?
