I understand your point about professional decorum, and you might be right that actors are restricted from openly criticizing their characters. My comment about younger fans being more likely to be delusional wasn’t meant to imply that older people can’t be; rather, it’s about trends—fan culture often skews younger, and younger fans can sometimes get more emotionally invested. But yes, delusional people exist at all ages.
