The show is now going in the way of GHKPM with some differences.
Sai and Pakhi were not sisters. Vaiju and Jaya are real sisters. They loved each other to the extent of sacrificing their happiness for each other. The problem began in the examination track in which Vaiju was stopped from giving her paper for the mistake she didn't commit. Jaya could have defended Vaiju as she knew her character, which Ranvijay did.
The second difference is that Jaya stole Vayu after she found out that he is Vaiju's child and she(Jaya had lost hers). In Ghum, Pakhi became a surrogate mother of Vinayak. Sai left the house taking Vinayak with her as the family bailed out Pakhi. Vaiju blamed Jaya as the child fell from the latter's hands. Vaiju lodged a complaint against Jaya assuming that Vayu is no more because of Jaya. But the Mohite Patils bailed out Jaya because of which Vaiju left the house.
The rest of the things till now are similar to GHKPM.
