Best friend’s sibling can apply to both the MMC or FMC.
Meaning MMC can be the brother of the FMC’s best friend OR FMC can be the sister of the MMC’s best friend.

Can you elaborate on the Medical/STEM, Sports and Music/Art.. I’ll have to choose 2 of these 3 if I’m planning to write another 2 entries.

Similarly for Sports and Art. Either have your MCs be professionals in these fields or the setting can be related to these fields. For eg, a meet cute at a cricket game or a music concert.
