Some criticism going to the director reflects my own thinking... I wonder what a more skilled (and more diligent) one could have made of the potential he got with the detailed history and the talent of Rahman, Vicky and Akshaye...and what view did he have of the Lion's cub's wife???

I also think that for most people, Chhaava will be a one-time-watch...at least, the theatre experience made/makes is quite impressive.

According to Saknilk, the Monday net collection was 24 cr (which would be a decline of 50% which i quite usual for a workday. The morning shows are still strong in Mumbai and Pune (26% / 47%) but overall it reflects the regular outcome for a work day.

How It Crossed 100 Crore In 4 Days??

I watched the Chhava on Sunday in Pune with my husband and our 7am show was housefull.

Many people were there with their parents and kids.

My in-laws watched the movie on Sunday in Mumbai with my Sister in law.

My friends watched the movie with their parents too.

So the hype is real in Maharashtra. Also the ticket rates are hiked too. So it's easy to achieve that 100 core mark.

The early morning and late night shows are housefull.

It's really holding well in Hyderabad too 🙌🏻

We paid around 860 through BMS for 2 tickets.

It was for 2d and the middle range tickets.

The highest one ticket price in that theatre was around 500.

From Friday to Sunday the one ticket price was between 350-550 rupees and more.

Now the prices have been reduced to half for upcoming Saturday and Sunday.
