Since madhav sa is a cop i assume that he has a death certificate that vani is dead ..now it's a valid document and after that if he is married then automatically second one becomes valid

he married shivani in mandir and vidya in front of society.poddar Bahu is vidya till now so if shivani gets the tag vidya has to leave. But as shivani is told dead for 30 yrs her shadi is invalid. Yea, maybe Madhav can do that. 
Yea, I do know children cannot be illegitimate as per Hindu marriage Act, just can't inherit ancestral properties unless stated otherwise.
