There is no actor in this world who doesn’t have a bad project in their CV. I don’t think SMD would have that much effect on Usama’s career who was never a A lister or Hira/Maya who are past their prime. Wahaj however might lose many big projects going forward.

If SMD accomplished to vex you then definitely it has hit rock bottom and if unicorn also says this then it hit patal lok.

It was always a weird and senseless story since beginning...its just that I have had hopes that things would be better and defended it lot of times...but story is getting more absurd now..its just that I am realizing it now

It was decent script ! The attempt to turn it into some classic unrequited love is what made it crash.They should have stuck to mass masala troupe with couple of tweaks , minus BS dialogues and had not resorted to bubble gum stretching the show would have landed well with 10 TRP and not turn out into train wreck it has now !

I’m still hanging in there. I watched all the Dania and Ammar scenes, I’m not giving up now that we finally get some Bilal and Sadaf scenes (but to be honest we barely have any). This has been a complete Ammar show and this is my main complaint. I’m seriously fine with everything else but the proportion of the show dedicated to Ammar crying is ridiculous. He doesn’t even do anything interesting, he just cries. I’m even fine with Humsha at this point, it’s just Ammar I’m done with. If anyone binge watches this after, I suggest fast forwarding through most of Ammar’s scenes. He barely does anything new anyway. Then you can finish the show in a fraction of the time and it may be a decent watch.

Honestly binge or no binge they over complicated simple story .

That's the exact problem...they have overcomplicated and overdramatized a simple story..plus the BS dialogues and confusing characterizations was just to create suspense but made audience more frustrated.

If they sticked to BA liking Sadaf..let her go and than her coming back to him in a simple manner instead of making it so complicated than viewers would have accepted that happily. Totally bad script and on the top of it bad execution.

I dont think people would ever binge watch this drama if it ends..because the legacy it has left behind is a black mark on whole PTV industry...There are bad shows but SMD is a bad show which had biggest of stars,one of the best director and writer of industry..they should all be blamed for making audience go through this torture who endured it only because of the love for their stars.

His next will be crucial ! I hope he chooses a really well balanced show and hopefully it’s not a romance drama . He should pick up romcom or anything else but stay away from romance and bedroom eyes scripts .

They should have just sticked to KRQ’s 26 episodes.
