Yeh konse don hai? AB wala ya SRK wala?
Jo bhi samjho
Dono were good
AB was better
This has me geographically confused...
As for Angadiya, not really sure because it was supposed to be in the Gangetic plain between Kosala and Vidheha but Angad, Karna's kingdom is present day Bengal. Some say it was near Malwa region (that's near Madhupur (Shathrugan's kingdom) if I am not mistaken... Other reports say it was near West of Indus, but that's Bharata's kingdom (Kekaya and Gandhara). Also, if the Gond tribe has chosen Lakshman as their hero and idol, it's highly likely that his kingdom was close to where they lived.
But that probably should be the first time the kingdom appeared. Ram instructed Lakshman to find a land that was suitable to rule for his sons and to crown them rulers of the land. It's similar to long back when people find a suitable land, settle there and claim it as their home. If you're buying property the previous documents would stop at a point where the first person who settled there had claimed it when it belonged to no one (of course the king ruled all but lands can be taken up by people and then they pay taxes after starting a job/business. Brahmins/sages were exempt since they hold no attachment and were supposed to live for others). This land was annexed/made into a kingdom.
Karna's kingdom, Anga, and the tribes in this region, belonged to Dhritrashtra who gave it to Duryodhana (nobles/royals - men and women have lands and riches allotted to them which they can distribute and use as per their wishes. Thus no one could prevent Duryodhana from crowning Karna as the king of Anga)
Another one was where Angada, son of Vali ruled. Kishkinda was a small kingdom in the middle of Dandakaranya. Nothing is known about what happened to him post Mahaprasthan, maybe his son Dhruv succeeded him but we have no information on kings of Kishkinda, except that Mainda and Dvividha (twins and sons of Ashwini Kumaras, Mainda's eldest daughter married Angada and they had a son Dhruva) fought Sahadev during Yudhishtra's Rajasuya Yagya and there are too many versions of what happened. Some say they fought till Krishna came in person and then they accepted defeat, others say they were killed since they associated with evil (Dvividha became close friends with Narakasura and vowed to avenge him, harassed the women of Balarama's retinues when he was relaxing by a riverside and was killed by Balarama).
Random: Why the heck does this box keep changing Karna to Karnataka

I didn't know he was called malla. It is mentioned in the Valmiki Ramayan that he was gigantic. Could you share the folktales mentioning him?
The mallas seem widespread throughout India, so it's hard to say if it was his bloodline. It's also possible they spread throughout the nation due to their sport. Mallas are famous in the south and north. If Chandraketu's kingdom (Chandrakanta?) was in the Gangetic plain as well, this could be it. From what I know, Chandraketu was given the northern region and Angad, the eastern/western parts of Karupada, the region Bharat suggested was suitable for Lakshman and his sons. Rama himself constructed the cities and installed his nephews as rulers.
Malyudh was well known in the Vijayanagar and Pallava empires. There are different styles and techniques, and 4 major categories (or style formats) named after 4 famous legends - Hanuman, Jambavan, Jarasandh and Bheem. No idea why Balarama, Krishna and Duryodhan, or even Dhritrashtra were included. My guess is that they probably practiced one of the first 2 styles.
