second point- ooh that plot would nice actually as long as it’s not dragged. She leaves him and he chases after her even though Maheen makes herself available again (cuz by then he’s deeply in love with Aiman). Would love to watch that

Before the engagement day (maybe when he does that cheesy proposal) he tells Maheen that he will always support her even if the world is against her. But Maheen did not do that for him when the world turned against him in reality. Maybe that’s why he is done with Maheen

But he wasn't expecting that from her right? I mean there were no such commitment made from Maheen's side, she was more like a needy, co-dependent partner who need reassurance & attention to feel secure! Rahim was not like that! He was the giving one all throughout! Yeh alag baat hai, Maheen qadr bhi nahin kiya jab Rahim lonely ho gaya tha!

I only remember him saying "and I expect the same from you" to Aimen about nibhaaoing the biwiwaala rishta("kami hai toh sirf romance ki"🙈)

Waise I just watched a one-month old interview of Shehryar!

He answered a question, about whether he chooses variety of roles, Salaar was a traumatized character who suffered from PTSD & other psychological issues! But, Rahim is not a different type of character, seedha sadha bandha hai, the boy next door types as he described! Rahim ki koi special baat nahin hai according to him! (yaani ki, the theories we form about him being dark/villain/grey are just our imagination )

He mentioned AIEJ as a thriller first, then romance & drama like any other PTV show; only thing he counted as different is the direction! He said every character & their stories revolves around the impacts of one incident (probably the assault), how it changes all the relations! (ab thriller aspect mein kuch nahin honewaala shaayad)

Yes, I've watched that interview of Sherry. Isiliye mujhe expectations nhi thi starting se 😂

Usney yeh bhi bola Salaar ka character challenging tha itna depression nhi chahiye , next role itna complicated nhi hoga.

I love watching that dynamic of a serious, sharif (and drop dead gorgeous) hero who can have anyone but is pining for a woman who is running away from him due to distrust of his feelings or an ethical dilemma 😂

Until now he is chasing her to get his name cleared. I need some passion on his side for her. I need angst lol
