I am surprised that this is the case in Pakistan. Coz meher should be given before nikah, to help the girl getting ready for marriage. At least it should be given before rukhsati. Unless it is stated in the nikahnama that it is a delayed one , which should be given only after divorce.

I'm not sure but I think India mein bhi same hai that's why I asked turant mil jate hai kya money.

They treat it like alimony.

Promo mein jo shake-hand scene hai, is it somewhere away from Rahim's house? Background different lag rahi thi! And was aaimen sleeping on sofa in one of the scenes? Do any of you feel like this?

Its Rahim's room.

@bold yes I felt the same and replayed video many times to check it but the sofa in Rahim's room is green. She was laying down on blue colour sofa which is their bed.

Jii Rahim ke andar ka Salaar baahar aa gaya shaayad! Hafeez sahab se Rahim ne kaha aaj se aapka do bete hai, Samar aur Rahim! That was a new side of Rahim we got to see

BTW it was soo sweeet how our Sharmeela Salaar used to call Alam Sahab & Emaan ji!

Salaar used to say mai yeh nhi khaunga ki aap mujhe apna beta samjhiye kyunki apki betiya beton se kam nhi hain par mujhse mera dost hone ka haq nhi chaniye 🥺
