This Goenka family is such a hypocrite and enemy of their own children. they supported Ruhi in a similar case and now pushed Abhira to fight the case knowing what would happen to her relationship and that Ruhi is still Bahu of that house.

We are looking at this from both moral and legal perspectives. What VV did is definitely not justified. If Armaan were a person with high moral standards, he would have wanted VV to go to jail, irrespective of his relationship with her, especially after seeing the CCTV footage. But he isn’t. and because of his relationship woth VV he pushed for an out-of-court settlement. Any son would do that.

Obviously, this is ITV, so there has to be drama. However, in real-life cases most accident cases are settled out of court. But in this case as the the victim doesn’t want to settle, then well and good, they have every right to pursue legal action.

But when you are making this decision to go against you in-laws, there will be consequences. You need to be ready to face them. I’m not saying Abhira is wrong for fighting for justice, but there could have been other ways-like her not being directly involved in the case. Fine, she wanted to be involved-no issues there. But then she shouldn’t expect the Poddars to forgive her or for everything to go back to being happy between her and Armaan.

@bold that man didn't lose his ability to walk permanently. He could be recovered or wasn't severely injured. Abhira was stupid to withdraw that case without consulting her client.

I watched an interview of RP where he says Armaan is livid ..I like the way he said that ..hope he says it in the show too lol

His point was Armaan is not bothered about losing the case and he recognizes that his mother was at fault but he is upset that she was subjected to the trauma of a public spectacle etc ..if Abhira had the proof, why not present it on Day 1 and end it all right there ..like they say that you should not prolong the kill..just do it quickly and be done with it ..I think he is drawing his conclusion from the dialogue that he spoke outside the court .:where he asks her what she gained by prolonging the tamasha ..this is what makes him feel that the humiliation was the point more than anything else ..just as Abhir believes that Vidya targeted him specifically, her delayed presentation of the evidence makes Armaan feel she was just dragging it out for no good reason ..don’t know if it was in the dialogues but I think there was some article or BTS about not wanting to use that footage ..wouldn’t that be a grave injustice to the client ?

See she didn't thought Vidya would be getting 10 yrs jail and also uthen milta nhi agar phupha khand nhi karta toh it would have been minimum and also Poddar ne agar guilty plee ki hoti court mei toh uthne sab tamsha hota b nhi.
