That’s exactly why Mahi will always be respected and loved as a captain and a leader. I’m not saying he’s the only best but the standards he set are rather difficult to par. You can be an invaluable player, a player who’s good, someone who’s a bit inconsistent but to be a captain, you need a good head on your shoulders. Your emotions should be controlled & whatever happens in the confines of the dressing room should stay that way.
The dignity of the team outside the dressing room should always be sacrosanct and he actually made efforts for it to be that way.

Please tell me what is going on in the dressing room between Gambhir-Rohit-Virat-Bumrah? There are so many cryptic references on X about it.
