He along with his family trapped her into marrying him for the sake of his brother, never respected her not their marriage.

Mehru should mind her own business, apne bhai ko insaaf dilao, behen ko zain se bachao & shah ko reject karo & nikal jao wahan se (atleast for couple of episodes, uske baad jo karna hain karo )

Why the hell she wants to change him There is no proper monologue that justifies why she has a hope that Shahnawaz isn't happy with the plotting, when she can clearly see him happily hugging his brother and now he is ready to even divorce her.

She was shown to have so much self respect to break off her engagement with Rafey whom she knew for so many years. Now she doesn't want to divorce him even when he is ready to marry Amal.

Atleast show the audience what is she planning to do by staying in this marriage even after being insulted everyday. We badly need a proper monologue.

I'm okay if she doesn't want to divorce him , actually she should divorce him on her terms not because he wants to marry amal Or his mom asked her to sign the papers.

If she agrees for divorce now, it will be another win for shahs. They doesn't care for her nor her family's reputation & might shift the blame of divorce on mehru. She should stay in their house as shah's wife to remind them everything won't go always like they want. I'm happy that mehru told shah that he can marry amal, but she won't divorce him.

But she should do something to get her revenge from shahs for planning/plotting to spoil her life.

It's pretty obvious that she isn't divorcing him is because that's exactly what he and his mother wants. They already got what they wanted from that marriage and if she walks out she will only be doing them a favour.

The show don't have time to give inner monologues of shanno and mehru because they are busy with the side characters . Atleast instead of showing shanno daydreaming about mehru for the nth time they could have given him a monologue. But he is simply being wasted to show Amal
