Just saw fuchsia review for SMD.

They said that the story on the paper is not that bad because its dealing with human psychology and insecurities....its the execution of the whole drama which is making it look bad.

I have exactly the same views..story on the paper is not bad..its just the OTTness and the dragging and the overall execution which is really frustrating.

SH have also put Wahaj and Maya as one of the worst couples in 2024

They called it one of the worst shows to ever come out of ptv in their this week's review..

i doubt KRQ was hands on with this script.

Yeh koi purana script becha hua hoga jo 7th sky ne daraaz se nikal kar dust off kya hoga.

Nothing about this drama suggests that writer and director ever had a conversation about the story and characters and arcs.

Really want to say lot of things..

But I just wish Wahaj Maya didn't sign up for this drama...its okay to dramas like Jo Bichad Gaye but dramas like SMD was supposed to be a commercial failure as well as critical failure... because of a bad storytelling. On the paper,its not really that bad..but the overall execution is worse than Ekta's saas bahu dramas.

I agree with most of the members here. There was no co ordination between director and writer that's why the character arcs have come across as really unlikable. Really wish all the best to the actors...can't see so much negativity around youtube.

If we go by the YT comments section of these videos , Wahaj and Maya are the worst couple of 2024 by far. Like I said, I haven't seen an onscreen couple being hated so much. And you think their romance is going to save SMD ??
