She and makers very well knows Ruhaan is Ruhi and Armaan ,initially she used to share their edits too. There was a scene she writes Ruhaan ,Ruhaani palace ,don’t remember she joined by then or the prat times. Now some fans made up some funny theory and she is promoting. It , she also tries to make Abhir as Birla saying Birla siblings to make some fans happy
Anyways I don’t think the name change will happen. Baby Will remain as Daksh.

Most of these actors don't know each and every detail of the show becoz I don't think they watch episodes regularly. Most of the time they see sm posts.
In ivs they usually say things from their character's pov.
