If they are keeping rafey just for the jealousy part then they should have bought another capable guy instead of that mara hua chipkali

Don't think mehru would entertain a stranger while she is married to shah & after shah's deceit she might get cautious, even if it's friendship from their end. It should be someone whom she can't avoid, and rafey is a perfect fit.

Her boss was also a good option but aajkal dikhta hi nahi show mein

Uska dil ka haal shah ko pata chal jaaye, wohi kaafi hoga. Shah might trust mehru but rafey's sab kuch lut gaya, barbaad ho gaya expression might make shah slightly annoyed

I won't mind mehru amal parallel recreated with shah rafey, where shah reminds rafey that she is mehru shah nawaz shah
