No injury is small injury

I have seen so many comments regarding Armaan accident taking it lightly and humoursly but I know from personal experience that no injury is small injury. And Armaan was hit with corner of table on vital point started bleeding and also he is in tremendous stress from past few days also not eating for who knows how long so high chances of BP and sugar issue so anything is possible for his condition to turn critical. STRESS CAN KILL.

Yes small injury can be fatal but the way armaan injured himself is funny. Honestly for a run of the mill character like him, the makers didn't wanted to put effort in filming a proper accident to reason the surgery.
