Episode begins with Goenkas trying to persuade Abhira to have some food . Ab’s clients give her calls, Swarna turns them away, getting annoyed . Abhira comes and gets the doc , asking her to start IV drip as Ab is refusing to have anything . As She refuses to lie down for the drip , she continues grieving for the babies . She sits like a statue and Abhura gets angry with her n scolds her . She has a scuffle with Ab and runs out of the house .

Ar is seen driving towards Goenka house , he wants to placate Ab n patch up with her , take her to Poddar house . Ab almost collides with Ar’s car . Ar rushes out of the car and AbhiMaan get emotional , she hugs the toy he was carrying and misses Daksh . Abhura arrives and starts lashing out at Ar for lying n betraying His wife, his brother, his brother’s wife , his entire family . He stops as Ar stares at Ab n lovingly asks if she has eaten anything. Ab notices Daksh’s stuff in the car . Abhira removes the stuff from the car , Swarna, Surekha and Abhir help her carry all the boxes to Goenka mansion. Abhura then asks Ar to leave . .

Inside the house Ab notices the invitation to baby’s naming ceremony … RuHaan Poddar .. Ab is hurt n shocked , so are the Goenkas .

At Goenka mansion Ru has trouble calming the baby and he keeps wailing . Ro arrives and suggests they give the baby formula as he is used to that since Ab bhaabhi used to do it . Ru Ro clash over feeding the baby and Ru hates doing what Ab used to do .

She tries to breastfeed the baby but fails n Daksh keeps wailing . After prolonged trying she finally is unable to feed the baby n gives him formula l Daksh calms down .

At Poddar mansion, Manisha calls up Aryan at hostel n shares how much she missed him. He is busy with exams , he misses his papa . Manoj feels guilty for turning his life upside down . He feels guilty n responsible. Mother n son share emotional moments .

At Goenka mansion Ab gets a call from work and decides to join work. Goenkas protested n dissuade but she insist on joining work. She no more works for Poddars she informs .

At work Ab’s has issues because of sudden stopping of breastfeeding. She misses Daksh and wonders how to appear at court as she clothes were soiled . Ar reaches there, understands the issue n hands her his own black coat . Ab recognises Ar’s coat n gets emotional .

Ab’s client comes to her n exclaims where was she , the court waited for her and then when she did not arrive they have cancelled today’s hearing n postponed to another date . The client is unwilling to let her fight his case n wants to hire another lawyer . Ab tries to persuade him but fails , she misses Daksh and her work.

At Goenka mansion Poddar ladies arrive to persuade Ab to return to Marietal home , they give reasons , how to patch up AbhiMaan . Goenkas oppose the patch up as Ar has betrayed her , their relationship. Ab will live at Maika , Vidya then reminds Manish how he never cared for Ab n her mother in the past , so why the concern now . Goenkas accuse Poddar ladies of abusing has when she was diagnosed as infertile , when she could not feed the baby , they even threw her out of her job , where was the sympathy n concern for her then ? Goenkas refuse to let Ab go back to Poddar mansion. Manisha pleads both sides to stop arguing n accusing eachother . There was no end to this . They better think of how to reunite the two children at the moment when they were both in pain.

At office Ar is thinking of Abhira and the recent moments with Ro, Daksh and He feels very heart broken , he accidentally injures himself , he starts bleeding very badly . He faints .

Ro and Madhav are concerned for Ar s he does to respond to their calls n messages . They rush to office to check on him. They are shocked to find him lying unconscious on the floor bleeding from an injury . They inform Vidya who was calling Ar right then . They rush to hospital

Vi is shocked and almost faints . Manisha and Kaajal support her n reassure her , they all rush to hospital . There they find Ar was being operated upon , he had severe blood loss n was critical . Vidya again gets shocked n almost faints , Krish thinks of informing Abhura bhabhi . They have trouble to get through because at the other end Abhura is struggling to get her mobile charged as it’s out of charge . Fin,kt Ab calls Ar and Krish responds, Ab is shocked to learn bout Ar .

Ar wants to patch up with Ab, she is his wife n he loves her n he can’t leave her grieving in this way . He has to support her n mend their relationship. At Goenka mansion, Manish a nd Swarna advise Ab about mending her relationship but she demands separation.

Manish calls up the lawyer n asks him to prepare divorce papers for AbhiMaan.
