I doubt Fahad himself will care but his fans will. As for GL, they are lahore based and ali might not have given them enough bhav in some party or something and got on their bad books. They shot that 411 video before ali made the post. So I don't think it's because they got offended in place of Fahad.

In his second part of his story Momin says he briefly interacted with Ali(through common friends) and he came off as a nice guy but his imdb comparison felt a bit much and only validated their calling him arrogant...but even anmol and the director put the story...ek 'oops' ke liye itna drama?!

Maybe ali wasn't nice enough. GL has a tendency of being shaddy towards actors who don't lift them. They clearly made that video before ali put that story
