The writers surely are mocking the audience, Ruhaan is a combination of Armaan and Ruhi's name. This is deliberate, even a blind person can see what nasty track this is setting up for the future. They already did with this abhira. Abhira meant abhimanyu akshara in gen 3. Lekin dekho gen 4 m abhira meant abhinav akshara. Toh it happens in this show .
