But but but..... Then he deliberately moved his other foot in front of her to take off his second shoe.... And the music changed to soft, happy and romantic... Hallelujah!!! The manchild maan gaya.... .... And sadaf was staring and smiling at the shoe jaise bhagwaan ka prasad mil gaya hai.... Like wtffffff was THAT!!!!!!!!

What kind of 50s screenplay is this?..... Sadaf ek dialog bhi chipka doh "mera swarg aapke charno ke neeche hai swaami"....

This is what made it all so creepy, gross and uncomfortable. Like what is she doing? I think she isn’t feeling anything for him so she’s desperately trying to make it work and it’s so unnatural. She isn’t even herself. It’s like she’s trying to pacify a child having a tantrum. There’s a reason she used the analogy of a child wanting a toy on their wedding night. And what is he upset about here? That she said Bilal Abdullah’s name? I really think the writing wants to clear Sadaf of any wrongdoing in this relationship. She has to look like she’s the one trying and she did her best so it doesn’t look like she’s the one that ruined Ammar’s life. Maybe they want the scenes to feel uncomfortable and if so, mission accomplished because they’re doing a great job of activating my gag reflex!

Mujhe toh chappal phek ke maarna hai sadaf ko seeing her cringe behavior towards that nalla.

God, I can't accept this shameless woman for bilal, I just can't. He's like a second option for her. If ammar wouldn't have cheated with dania, this woman would have happily lived with him the whole life.

I want a new girl for bilal or he can be a bachelor and virgin like Salman khan.

the issue is that it's activating our gag reflex but not making us sympathize with sadaf.

But why sympathise with Sadaf ? Everything she is doing, is with her own consent. She was the one who decided to marry Ammar.

That’s where I’m finding the problem. Seeing her like that with Ammar makes me not want her for Bilal. Let’s see if that changes with time…

Sadaf was set up to be unlikeable. Now the show is trying to redeem Sadaf and induce her growth. But this redemption arc fails if it doesn't get viewers to sympathize with Sadaf and make us want to root for her, or to believe that her love for Bilal is the real deal and not some second choice decision borne out of hard knocks and life lessons (not passion and love).

I don’t think it’s about her redemption but more about her mistake in choosing the right man to marry. Her redemption would be when she divorces Ammar and finally reciprocates Bilal’s feelings.
