Exactly💯, episode was much better than I expected. I literally thought it will be a completely meme worthy one. But except for those two points that you mentioned, it was actually well excuted. But at the end of the day, its itv. So we have to bear one or two such scenes.

But honestly, I am surprised by the sudden sensibility of makers. Savi's dialogues to rajat about kiaan were played exactly the way we wanted. I am pleasantly surprised by this development. Hope they will maintain it instead of converting Savi into Ishita 2.0 . Also, when people wanted to file a case against kiaan, I was like, how come the makers are being this much sensible and logical??? But I am glad that they showed that reaction instead just rugging it under the mat saying "Bachcha hain"....
I know right! Now see, I loved Ishita. And the compassion and sensibility she had for the first 300 episodes are the base of that love. But when I read Custody, I felt why didn't the maker think about it instead of making Ishita the Jagatmata.
In the novel version, the first time Arjun (Raman's son) visited her, she tried really hard to have a proper conversation. But by the time the boy left, she already realized Arjun set up his mind not to like her and she was also putting the idea of apna/sautela into Ruhi's mind. So Ishita simply became detached. She understood Raman's love for his son but she never felt any attachment to the boy and simply wanted to ignore him.
Savi is a no-nonsense person. And while she likes kids, it's not a defining attribute of her character. With Sai she just bonded - a big reason being Sai reminding her of her late mother. So it's perfectly alright for her not to like Kiaan.
At least she likes/loves Rajat enough to understand the weight of her decision on him and confronted him directly. That was the best they could do.
About the new entry, I am utterly confused and lil scared too as I have heard about ghum makers toxicity levels. But one thing I don't understand is that he mentioned about 8 years. In the beginning of this season, it was mentioned that ishaan died 7 years ago. I don't think that savi and sai's first meeting still has completed one year in story's timeline. So, there's is a difference of one year. Could he be someone who knows her from Ramtekh and searching for her (reason - I am also confused). Every spoiler says that he is a negative character. So, I am glad that he is playing a cameo.
Yeah, about that... Even I was thinking if we are moving from a small trouble to a bigger one because their toxicity is on a different level. I think even Bhanwar was supposed to be a cameo but then they kheechofied it to infinity. So not sure how glad we should be,
Anyways, I am happy that atleast they're focusing on savi and her past. Seems like they have finally understood that if they wanna save the show then tracks should be FL centeric and savi's past should be addressed properly. Lets see how makers will handle this track. But its better to not to keep much hope. Atleast I hope till the end of this track, rajat will realize his love for savi. Savi's realization can happen later.
Look, as much as we curse them, they are in the business, not us. You can see the difference in opinion on this forum only. Like how only 2-3 of us are constantly discussing/arguing with each other. They are catering to a lot of people. And they will do whatever will bring them money. They won't care a bit about Savi if Rajat's DDP brings them more TRP.
But obviously they understand that they need a solid fan base, which has lost post Shakti's exit. The few who are still here are for Bhavika. So a person with least amount of intelligence should understand Savi should be the focus and not Rajat's DDP.
There is a spoiler that jigar is gonna do an attack on savi in which she gets injured severely. Even though I am not sure about if its true, I don't mind getting rajat's tadap for savi while she is in hospital, him taking care of her as if she is a baby, him becoming a lil overprotective of her, pampering her kind a scenes 😁😁😁. Don't know we will ever get that kind of scenes or not.
