Now it'd be said that humsha manipulated her, but can't this dumbass see that bilal went above and beyond for her brother's treatment, even donated his bone marrow to him, and finally with full respect he proposed her for marriage, but she chose that nalla zeher who has only and only tortured her to give in.

Now post marriage too, he has insecurities. Good, she married in a haste without thinking whether she has any compatibility with him. Can't wait to see her misery, she wouldn't be at peace even for a second and she deserves to go through hell for taking sucha idiotic decision.

She was not obligated to marry anyone and marrying Ammar was her 'choice'.

The choice will be proven wrong and she will suffer. This is the entire crux of the story. The man who truly loved her was perceived wrong by her and in order to run away from her feelings for him, he ended up marrying a wrong person she perceived right.

The only way I will accept this level of niceness is if after learning the reality of Ammar, Bilal totally loses it and becomes ruthless towards him.
