For humsha,

I think she was attracted to billu bec he is rich, good looking and a very nice person but since he was into hookups she didn't pursue him...

When sadaf happened she realised that billu could be loyal and marriage material too... So she wants him but her ego is also hurt that look i was next to him for so many years and he never noticed me and now he is going lattu over this girl... Why her? Why not me?

So it's love, hate and anger all together...

Anywaysssssss that is what i THINK, whether the great writer actually thought of it or is he just randomly make her act in whatever results in maximum chaos is anyone's guess

... I'm guessing krq ji hasn't spent too many brain cells drafting a proper character sketch and she is just there to move the story along.

KRQ put more effort into Humsha than Sadaf . At least she gets to deliver his outrageous lines while Sadaf’s character changes on every episode.

Humsha ne ye sab Bilal ke saath one night guzarne ke liye ya ego aur hate ke karan nahi kiya tha wo Bilal se shaadi karna chahti hai. Mujhe nahi lagta yahaa koi hate ya ego set karne ka koi angle hai. Hamsha highly cunning aur manipulative hai & she wants Bilal at any cost.
