Whenever Akshara took her kids away from Udaipur they behaved normally. As soon as they arrived here you know the rest....

The writer thought of giving a justification for Abhir's curly hair but didn't think of explaining how he survived and where he was all these years. Nobody asked him....Didn't he wear specs too but justification of curly hair was more important. I like that Abhira is trying to convince Abhir, but instead of her emotionally blackmailing him by triggering his trauma, the writer could have given a scene where she empathizes with him & his pain. I guess the writer does not want Abhir to melt for Abhira so quickly. The scene instead of making me feel bad for Abhira or feeling a connect with the brother-sister bond, put me off coz the guy was literally begging her to stop & yet she kept going. I ended up feeling bad only for Abhir in the scene.

I hope there are better brother sister scenes down the line where the two bond with each other on an emotional level.

There is an old movie Hare Rama Hare Krishna where DevAnand was trying to locate his long lost sister who had gone wayward & became a hippie & didn't want anything to do with the family.....Abhir's track reminds me of that movie.

ITV doesn't normalize taking depression pills or even discussing about depression. I guess coz family audience still sees this as a taboo....Would have preferred if writers tried something different with Abhir's track but it seems focus will be more on the family drama & misunderstandings & eventually Abhir will melt for Abhira.
