He does have little crush on her . I felt that when he complimented that she looks good in pink but she gave royal ignore . He was hesitant to break Esha ka Putla. So it’s not completely false narrative if Esha says dig has interest in her. But it’s better for Digvijay if he withdraws his liking for Esha because she is bragging about it.
