Yes. Cause that impacted her husband and Abhira is a easier target than Kaveri. She is mostly objective when an issue does not directly impact her/ her husband and her kids ( if we discount those weird kheer chori moments). Manisha can be a hypocrite, but she is usually not uselessly vindictive like Vidya and Kaveri.

In today's episode she leaned over ruhi's shoulder when it was the same ruhi who named her kid ashub, who clearly stated her hate towards her. Today ruhi is in sad mood for abhir, that's why didn't push abhira for touching her. What if she done it? Wouldn't abhira played victim for it like she did by calling ruhi heartless after getting no as a answer from her.

Anyone would avoid the people who hate them, but abhira & armaan goes to them, demands their attention, when they didn't get it, they call them names.
