Yes, Roohi was not ready to be happy for Abhimaan when she was mourning. She planned to name the baby Ashubh. I'm aware of this. Not everyone is great and flawless enough to be happy for others when they're going through tough times.

But when I came across someone saying Roohi will rename her child Neil, I was very happy as I really liked Neil. So I created this poll with other possible name changes.

This is why I feel they may re-use Neil and Abhimanyu's names......

Don't think there will be change tbh, but she can combine Abhimanyu and Neil and make it simple Aneil and Rorunu toh my favourite name h hi.

I don't think they gonna change the name but if they do, I had suggested "Abhimanyu Neil"

Abhimanyu as the first name because he was the father figure that Ruhi had in life who loved her and cared for her.

And Neil as the middle name because he is her father. He did not get the chance to meet her, raise her, be with her but Ruhi knows about him and loves him.

So it would be nice to see her honor both, her Poppy and her Papa like this.
