Sadaf is regretting the decision to marry Amaar, but she can't even say this to herself, so she's fighting with herself and her family. Bilal's visit to the house and talking about the marriage, along with Amaar's desire to arrange the wedding, will make Sadaf unable to suppress her feelings any longer. This is why she will be rejecting Amaar at every opportunity. She wants to somehow avoid marrying Amaar but hasn't told anyone about it, so she's expressing her feelings in this way. My guess is that Dania's return from Canada, her suicide attempt, and the events that follow will cause the marriage between Amaar and Sadaf to not happen at the last moment. With Farzanan's strong insistence, the marriage between Bilal and Sadaf will happen, but Bilal won't be very happy about it.
