Once the maternity leave is over, it’s women’s right to choose if they wanna be a housewife or go back to work ASAP. Most choose to go back after 3 months leave is over. Some choose to wait till the child is 1-2 years old. Some choose to have children with less age gap so they all grow up together.

Jokes aside, I think when Abhira actually has her baby it might be during a leap where she leaves and has her baby who is shown to be 5 or something (like previous generations). They won’t really be able to show her struggles as a new mother so they are trying to show that now before the baby goes back to Ruhi and then they won’t have much to show of the baby with Ruhi. Although they’re trying to show how a mother manages her work-life balance but they’re doing it all in a rush so it’s looking out of place and doesn’t make sense at all.

I wonder if they’re planning on revealing the baby truth soon and then full on Abhir track or will do these two tracks side by side so that by the time the truth is revealed, Abhira will have Abhir’s support. Rohit and Ruhi’s relationship will not have much impact because Ruhi will only blame Abhira and not her so called husband but Abhira will definitely hold Arman accountable leading to impacting their relationship.

Such a sensible response. Most companies here in the US only give 6 weeks of paid maternity leave and additional unpaid leave if desired but most people cannot afford to be in unpaid leave so they decide to go back and leave their kids either in daycare or with family members. Abhira has a huge family yet there’s no one who can watch the baby in her absence. The only baby in the house who is so precious to everyone. Most of these women have raised kids already so they know how to do it but nope. She doesn’t even breastfeed so it gets even easier and now working mothers pump milk so that they can go to work but the baby can get fed. Ye rishta is one of the most watched shows and they should show how we have actually progressed but they are just so backwards it gets annoying sometimes.

Also so many capable lawyers in the firm but no one can take on the case? Charu ko de diya?

Also I am reading everywhere that why does a woman have to leave her career and look after the baby and why cant the man do it? Aray bhai, the man did most of the work here. He literally stole the baby!!! Ab sambhalay bhi woh??

Honestly, Abhira is 22 and career oriented whereas Ruhi is 30 with no career so for both of them to have a baby at the same time didn’t even make sense. I’m sure Abhira would’ve been better off working and achieving in her career for the next 4-5 years. It’s easy for Ruhi to manage a baby because she’s at home and at a mature age but Abhira is young and has goals. This is all due to Vidya who really wanted her son Armaan to have a baby and if he couldn’t she didn’t want him. To ab sambhale na apne Armaan ke bache ko? Bacha na ho to bhi taunt, ho jaye to bhi taunt, and once they find out it’s not hers, tab bhi taunt 😂
