Dil-e-Nadaan often got similar or higher ratings than SMD even though it was against KMKT and KMKTinn those was getting really high TRPs, more than Bismil.

Exactly. Even now SMD’s Wednesday rating is still 6 with even JSPJ having some edge and Bismil’s rating being lower than Thursday

SMD touched 8 this week? While the views are pretty decent. SMD would have & will fair even better if the focus was more on Bilal and Sadaf who are the leads...this Thursday, Bilal had ample screen space and both the epis were engaging and hence the improvement in ratings..

That's why I said long before that SMD TRP of 5s and 6s is not defensible. If it were in the 8s to phir koi case banta bhi tha defend karne ka (similar to how JN trp often did against NJ). Not as a hit TRP but average one at least.

At this point people are just watching Ary. HUM and Geo are just not giving enough competition. Ary production quality storyline are just top notch and their execution too. Almost all of the good show I have watched this year is from Ary. At this point ary will have good trp regardless of actors.

I had watched the first 3 or so episodes when it had started to air and there wasn't any buzz, but I dropped it because the acting, direction and production were not good in those 3 episodes. Even greats like Nauman and Savera were not their best.The story seemed very masala though - there was a soap last year where a maid used her chalakis to snare the boss so I thought waisa na hojaye.

I think you just don't restart. People are commenting how its dragged. And now most probably TT son will commit suicide and it will be a misery feast.

It’s a caused based drama because Yumna confirmed in her interview that it is 🤣 and since she’s the actor in the industry and since we are mere viewers with no insider knowledge I suggest you accept it.
