Yes Ruhi is an evil person but that doesn't stop Armaan from being a criminal. He did not make a mistake, he committed a crime. There are many criminals who have admitted to their crimes but it does not make them any less a criminal and not liable for their actions. Armaan has made mistakes previously and may have admitted he is on the wrong path. But yet proceeds to commit the biggest one by kidnapping Ruhi's baby along with Rohit. So both of them didn't learn from their mistakes- so why the different standards for both of them.

One of the biggest differences is that Armaan actually admits that he is on the wrong path or he knowingly made mistakes in this case deliberately too by agreeing to take the baby. On the other hand Ruhi justifies all her actions. She always cites her trauma as the main reason for her behaviour. Tbh nothing justifies ruining an unborn baby’s sweater, stupidly trying to find gender of your baby knowing the dark history of gender discrimination in India and even now just hating on an innocent baby because it belongs to Abhira. She even wants to call the child asubh which can be similar to manhoos she already called it saman/luggage. These kind of character traits make her really unlikable

He didn't appoint, he violated her rights.

He or doctors are not people authorised to declare her incapacitated, you need a court order for that, even then her name had to be on the birth certificate and legalities of adoption should have been followed, they can't erase her from child's life just like that

Husband can make decisions on behalf of her wife true but don't you think he abused his position here?

It's not an adoption we can already agree seeing no legal process is involved, even if she was unable to give her consent then too court/ cwc would have to involved in this process but no one was involved to inquire or decide anything so it's obviously can't be adoption.

Now if without the process of legal adoption a child is taken away from the mother's lawful custody and isn't being returned even after her coming out of coma then what would it be called.

If Rohit didn't had legal authority to give up his child to someone without following legal process and he still did and Armaan accepted it, both being lawyers having a good knowledge of law, what would you consider it, if not kidnapping.

Agree with your point, that a good lawyer could get this case dismissed but we also know that a very good lawyer can get an acquittal in even murder case but would that mean those crimes were never committed.

Exactly, since when the argument presented by one party is considered as verdict? Ruhi's lawyer can say her coma was induced by her husband and his brother, they can say they tried to prolong it by giving her expired medicine, here we have hard evidence too but that doesn't mean it is true

The point is law obviously have loopholes and can be used by the lawyer as they want tbh. And if they could show such proceeding o am sure people would enjoy them.

Here it's not that difficult to prove that Ruhi is a mother, she isn't insane, she is deceitfully informed that her child is dead, primary custody is given to mother till 7 all this would happen if we get a court proceedings but I don't have much hope here from this series.

Soon after 1 week entire family would be dancing again forgetting whatever happened here.

The first question is will Ruhi even get the baby back? Will they even admit that Armaan and Rohit were wrong? Looking at how they're going, they will turn Ruhi more evil and use that to justify their kidnapping and whitewash both Rohit and Armaan. And make Abimaan the baby's parents lol.

But why do we need a judge to decide? Judges decide in real life because people are not at the crime scene, hamne to dekha hai, why do you need a judge here?

Actually I also feel they are going that route, making Ruhi more evil and who knows she will try to harm the baby then obviously she wouldn't get her child.

Anyway seems like a bleak situation tbh, I don't habe much hope because until one of these men come forward to say the truth it's very difficult to reach it.

I wish Nurse rather then blackmailing for money had told the truth in good faith but she also doing mauka pe chauka lol

Maine to pahle hi bola tha, this show has history of saying bacha chors were right, they were forced to convict Akshara in court because of complaints by Abhimanyu's fans but after the verdict, Abhimanyu had to give up his rights

Makers love bacha chors

Because then people defending them won't stop till there is a verdict.

Anyway we already know what's happening it's not our job to convince everyone, if someone wants to defend them they can use all the tactics but won't hear logic.

We don't need a judge to make it clear to us what we can see and come to a conclusion with our minds as to what is happening in the track.
