There’s no such thing as filing a complaint because the biological father of the baby gave his son to his brother. He has the same rights as she does unless they were separated and she had full custody of the baby at birth. They’ll tell her to go home and sort out her marital life and joint family system issues and not waste their time 😂

no way, one parent can give a child away without another parent’s consent. Mother also has the same rights as father, so uske consent ke bina how can father decide alone. If they were separated, custody is determined by court.

Joint family mein everyone looks after others children, that is a different thing but legally a child belongs to their parents only, school ke admission form mein, passport pe , sab pe child ke legal parents ka hi naam aata hai, not the one who is raising them in joint family. Yahan tho sab Ar-Ab ko child ka parents maan rahe hai, so kya woh school ke admission mein, passport mein Ru-Ro ka naam dalenge, so if this is not fraud then what is it, if a police complaint is filed definitely both brother will be charged. And the irony is both are lawyers doing this fraud 😅

Completely agree with you on most of this. I think that’s what most of my posts mean that it’s wrong in so many ways but not kidnapping and if they start to create government documents then there can be legal consequences but so far there aren’t any legal documents, not even a birth certificate in the picture.

Being an ITV show, I highly doubt they’ll take it that far nor do the writers have knowledge on this. Once the truth is out, Abhira will cry buckets, Ruhi will start with her taunts, baby will be sidelined, and a new track will start lol.

Ruhi’s only ummeed right now should be to send the bacha chor “lawyers” behind the bars, throw divorce papers on this useless husband and get united with her son. End this stupid track!
