Usually ML are good with swords and actions in historical dramas but here ML is a scholar and he doesn't do anything with swords or actions.. He sits in a place and does his job.. He amazes you totally with his cold, cunning, intelligent, witty, scheming nature.. He schemes all the time and he runs the country literally.. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This is the first show I wanted to ship FL with all three i.e ML, SML, TML...All the three guy dotes on her.. Third ML specially literally he treats her the best.. Green forest he is..

In LLTG second ML literally teaches FL , how to be a women and take care of husband.. Here ML literally throws away the etiquette of women book and says women already suffer more in society and all this is not needed and teaches about politics instead.. Feminist he is..

Loved the show.. I was skeptical in the beginning.. Not really a fan of historical dramas but this was too good..

Your last comment gave you stay away from palace politics vibes anyway if you enjoy palace politics watch, The Princess Royal. It has Zhang Ling He and Zhao Jin Mai. Tell me if you pass without wanting to enter the screen and kill the SML

SML is the main reason I wouldn't recommend this drama but turning a blind eye to his stupid reasonings, TPR will pass as a good palace politics/royal sibling relationship drama.

@Bold- still I don't like political dramas but watch it for actors I like..for Lu wei I watched love like galaxy like Ling Buyi sword skills was amazing there and for bai lu I started kunning palace..they exhaust me sometimes with so many names but I try to sit through it for the actors

Unfortunately, good storyline and first class acting come with a little pain but palace politics grew on me later.

Yup, same male lead. TPR FL was in Amidst a Snowstorm of Love.

@Bold exactly .. here in cunning palace ML, SML doesn't use swords and dont fight much physically at all.. In climax I was so intrigued about how he will escape.. It does grow on you when u start watching

In TPR he was a prime minister. He did wield a sword now and then, but the story is much focused on mains bickering and some dirty politics. AND let me not forget the annoying SML

Have you come across the drama Luoyang? On the surface, it looked super boring but surprisingly got me seated.

No I don't know that.. I will watch it if you say it has good ending.. My heart cannot handle death of leads or breakups or other tragic endings

Finished watching Time Kdrama. First thriller kdrama show that i watched. It was very sad and unfortunate esp what happened with FL and ML. FL’s life had too many misery and deaths. Her character changed a lot which i disliked. Actress did good job but i didnt like her character arc anyways she regrets it when its too late.

The lesson that this show gives is, those who have power can do anything to cover something. Those without power feels useless coz power wale toh sab ko khareed lete hai.

Also, this show didnt had any romance, which sucked.

I felt so bad for ML, coz of FL he suffered a lot, even though it wasnt his mistake.

On a side note, it was unfortunate to hear that he was dealing with health issues in real life.

Overall it was a decent watch

Finished - the best day of my life - cdrama

Sweet short drama... The ml grew on me...

Not overly melodramatic but more on talk it out sort of a show!!
