Episode begins with AbhiMaan preparing to take baby for first vaccination. Ab has fever n Ar dissuades her from going out and assures he will take the baby to hospital, but Ab insists she was OK enough to take baby to hospital, as she is worried BSP might cry during vaccination.
As they reach the hall they are welcomed by the entire Poddars and goenkas who are keep to accompany BSP for first vaccinations. AbhiMaan try to dissuade them but each has his her own reasons for accompanying BSP . Finally Madhav agrees that all are welcome to accompany BSP. All shower their love on the baby n appear excited .
Ruhi and Manisha both are unwell and feel neglected n ignored by the family, as they watch everyone from the corner .
The entire family reaches the hospital for the vaccination, the doctor is taken aback seeing so many family members for one baby . As the doc prepares the injection Ab and everyone feels bad for the little needle prick the baby would get .
Ab asks everyone to keep the baby distracted and they all blow soap bubbles and baby gets the vaccination done without even wincing . The doctor is impressed and says she never saw a baby who did not cry during vaccination. She appreciates the mother Abhira.
AbhiMaan, Swarna and Manish are in one car returning home after vaccination. They have close brush with another vehicle doing rash driving .Ar shields Ab n BSP . Manish hits his head and gets minor bleeding...Ab con fronts the driver ns gives him a mouthful. The guy stares at Manish and swarna and he hurls accusations at Manish .... that he too has to apologise for all the harm he did to his family n broke up so many families ... if Manish did not do I..neither will he...saying this he arrogantly drives away. Ab wonders who this guy was ..even Manish and swarna are confused .
At poddar mansion Kaveri is seen giving foot massage to I'll Manisha lying on the bed. Manisha is having fever n very depressed. She asks Maa sa not to touch her feet as thisbis sin . Kv showers manisha with love care n sympathy. She states that all the troubles in her life were because of Kaveri . She declares she will do something for Manoj now .

Abhira is at the law firm and explaining cases to Charu. Abhira is very happy to get back to work and is sure she will balance work n baby care . Kv appreciates her liking for work but explains the importance of motherhood , how one is not allowed to make any mistakes as a mother . So she better stop thinking of returning to work n concentrate on caring for her baby . Abeera is shocked
