Abhira is not as much a victim because Ruhi has lost initial days of her child's life, and will lose her husband too.

Abhira's pregnancy was always complicated but she has a husband who loves her, a partner who would support her through this. Maybe she'll get Ruhi's baby too

It's the same as this risky pregnancy. She won't be allowed to continue in normal conditions, na doctors kahege na ghar wale na husband and medically it's a rule of thumb that a mother's life is saved first incase only one could be saved.

There r so many other ways to show their fl mahaan science ki ma behen kiye bina.🤣

Ps. A woman can have a normal pregnancy with low platelet count but this is yrkkh verse so logic and science doesn't apply.

It applies to both. That s why you wont see people here calling Ruhi s pain as "Nataunki". Unlike what you did with ABhira

Many here are happy that Ruhi's baby is given to Abheera as they think "she does not deserve to be a mother".
