Yeah i slept early last night before 11pm itself so woke up as early as 7 am

She created a private text channel (like group pm)

Then shared us the link

We created usernames which is simillar to our I-F usernames , that's how she was able to identify us

Even i have had this problem before , i used to wake up at 3am every night and then was only able to sleep after an hour , this continued for a month before my sleep cycle went back to normal
