Gender check karwana is illegal in India. if Ruhi wanted to know the gender of her kid just out of curiosity that would have been different (only talking about the intention here), but she wanted to know it after knowing about the waris thing.....the intention does not seem right here. Then kaveri poddar is the main culprit for this mess. Why can't kaveri give the same importance to her both great grand kids. Can't she tell both are waris irrespective of the gender. Before this Ruhi was not shown thinking about the gender. All these fear is caused by poddars which caused her to go out.

They were increasing the insecurities of a pregnant woman.

Being curious about baby's gender is ok but discriminating babies based on the gender is wrong. So whatever happens in poddar house is wrong and enough to make anyone insecure.

Wanting a girl or a boy is her wish, and she is not wrong in that. Wanting to know the gender after hearing if that baby is going to be a waris or not does not sound right by any means. People can have their individual preferences, but this thinking that only a male child can be a waris, thinking that only a male child is going to maintain her status in the family is absolutely wrong.

This baby ,considering that Armaan and Abhira won't think about having more babies because of Abhira's medical condition will be the heir of Armaan and Abhira's personal property.

Rohit tried to play smart but he doesn't know that Abhira being a legacy queen will have her own babies.

Ruhi isn't a child that cannot take her own decisions. Like Armaan is responsible for what he is doing right now, Ruhi is responsible for she did and thought. Kisi ne gun nhi rakhi hai inke upar.

When did I say it is legal in our country. It doesn't change the fact new parents want to know the kids gender and sometime they hope for the boy or girl in particular. Some might even ask doctors out of their curiosity. It will only be a problem if people decided to harm the unborn just because unborn is not their desired gender, if they accept the kid even after their wish not fulfilled it is not any harm. kid swapping is also a crime in India. This has also happened. None of the parent have the right to give away the kid due to any xyz reason and none have the right to accept a kid through any illegal means due to some xyz reason. Here Armaan and rohit had that and they are partners in crime. Whose crime is bigger whose crime lesser doesn't change anything. We have legal means to adopt a kid.

And one more thing ruhi doesn’t go for a sonography, she go to see a baba hearing that women's words. How can we sure that what that baba tell will be correct.

It's not that Ruhi didn't go; it's that she couldn't because it was illegal, and that was the reason she went somewhere else.

Ruhi is adult, I know that. But pregnant women tends to get anxious for small small reasons. And ruhi had nightmares and had so many insecurities from childhood. Rohit was careless with this issues. It might look simple, but it anxiety during pregnancy is really bad. I faced that. With little trigger these can mess up big time.
