A word about the internet services in India . I have used all most every service provider in the market . But sorry to say none provide good after sales service . Be it cable service or fibre . Fibre is worst . At the time of purchase every salesman will desperately try and sale his plan of the company promising you the best ever service . Once you make the payment then they start showing their true colours... Most irritating is their service centre IVRS calls and chatbox replies ...

Airtel had good service but they too had fallen from grace, service to the customer is their last concern, the money customers give them is their primary concern.

Tata is costly, VI has very few subscribers. Airtel is stable and economical though I don't use it. I am stuck with Jio. Jio fiber we have terrible experience in our area it goes down hours together once or twice in a month. Sometimes too frequently. They blame it on road repair work. But then how it affects jio only no one knows.

My point is if the same was done in the 16 th over would a new ball be used ??? Is it fair to use a new ball in the 16 th over at a crucial juncture of the game?
