He is acting weird in the drama, like he is not interested in acting, or maybe the director asked him to play his character like this, and we're too critical of him. But why aren't you watching this drama? This is one of the better dramas Hum TV has made recently.

As per his medical report, he can't become father (only 1% chance), so he's doubting paternity of the child. He might not be doubting on her but on Moiz that he did the thing without her awareness.

But she tried to commit suicide on her wedding day... If she was pregnant before that it would have shown in the reports... So she got pregnant after marriage... And when has moiz got any chance to be alone with her after marriage?? She met him once in the cafe where numair followed her... And in college later on... But she comes back home after college every day... Otherwise she was never alone with moiz

So nothing could have happened without her awareness.. It could be only with her awareness and consent..... Numair is essentially saying that she was cheating on him ... He can frame it in a nice manner but he is definitely doubting her

Yes, you have a point. Let's see what he says in the next episode. I think he met Moiz in the college when he went to get something back for Andaleeb & he might have said something to him & that triggering his doubt. I'm not defending Numair, but they've shown him as a green forest from the start, and so this thought came to my mind.
