See Abhira obviously deserves to grieve the child she lost, and she would have cared for and nursed Ruhi's baby even after knowing the truth. However, obviously they would want the situation to be as dramatic as it can be, and will probably have doctors say that Abhira might not be able to take the mental trauma of the loss. Unless this is the last gen ( which I do not think it is ) I unfortunately do not see any kind of happy ending. The best I can hope for is either Armaan or Abhira to stay alive till their children grow up, cause the thought of them growing up with the Poddars otherwise is scary af.
