Papa Rathore = Vikram had a completely different character-evolution, so, yes, he had the assured and teasing charm (certainly not Azad who had just to develop his romantic charm which wasn't really possible in the short time of the movie).

Pathaan didn't really got scope for charm in the movie...not with a woman he couldn't trust the most part of the movie...but he had a warm relationship with the 'mother-figur' (Dimple Kapadia's character). I found the lack of romance very refreshing.
