You are entitled to have your opinion but I disagree.

In my eyes, poking people , creating drama or tauting people without using vulgar antics or filthy language is smartness & self control. It shows Avinash can play the game in a mature way and doesnt not get carried away like Rajat, KV, Chahat etc. A person who doesnt abuse back after being abused at, and person who doesnt hit back after being pushed hard is a good cultured man to me.
