Daylight Savings Time

Means Extra Sunlight During Summer Time Only

And Normal Standard Time Means

It Gets Dark At 5 Pm In The Afternoon

Oh like in winters nights r longer days are shorter

That way

So if day is longer then extra hour is added or reduced.

Same , even i don't get how this daylight savings time works

Like does that extra time causes any changes in the work hours?

Since my school days i never understood the concept of daylight saving time

But then in later years i found there r four time zones in usa
