Yes Csk can buy Kishan. He can play freely in CSK. They don't put pressure.

I actually forgot one team. Best chance there.

His Bestie's GT. They need a long term keeper. Never had one fixed. There he can play freely. No big superstars to overshadow him. Will always play 14 matches. Other teams may or may not play him always.
